properties in monda with no habitation licence

Is there anyone who can help locate the developer who built properties in Monda that now have no habitation licence.  The developers were "Papillio".  They now seem to have disappeared......with our deposit.

This has been, unfortunately, been quite a common occurrence.

I assume you had a contract and a lawyer?  Did you have a bank guarantee?

Your lawyer will need to fight the bank that funded the project to get your deposit back, but it will take a few years.

I have a lawyer in Spain  dealing with the matter at the moment.  I was just wondering if anybody knew anything about the company involved in this development.  the name i keep hearing is "Papillio"

What was the name of the development?

Monda Hills apartments.  They were originally advertised by Simple Palmera and the now much sought after karl Morris

I'm afraid I've never heard of that development.

And the name of the developer isn't one I've come across before.
