Help for new arrivals to Spain

Hi all

Not sure if anyone can help, I bought a house a few years ago in a spanish village called Jacarilla which I used to rent out however it has proved to be a ball and chain around my neck its impossible to rent at the moment so I've decided to come over for 3 months to live and see what happens I would like to ask anyone here if there are any help groups to help newcommers to Spain as I have a few problems to solve first before I depart can any please advise me.

Houses in Jacarilla should be easy to rent out if the rental is reasonable and the house is suitable I have found its the old apartments that are hard to rent out
