I take it by "Malaga" you mean the city and not the region?
Malaga is a lovely often underrated city. We really like it and go there as much as possible.

Jobs, well, that's very tough. There is huge unemployment in the Malaga area so that will be very tough and in the city itself there isn't a huge expat community so English jobs there will probably hard to come by.
Where to live, I don't know the city well enough to advise on that. We always recommend that people rent first so may be a good idea to spend a couple of weeks there looking at different properties before you move.
