Jaens, Guardamar

Jaens in Guardamar is situated on the main street running through Guardamar del Segura, Very large menu of Spanish and some English food, 8.50 euros Menu del dia served from19:00. includes large salad, Loads of bread with dish of Alioli, starter and main course large choice, and desert, wine by the Litre carafe-  refills are charged at 1 euro - finish your plate and the waiter has been known to bring out another. truly an experience of good well cooked food. During the day Tostadas with variety of toppings 1-1.50 coffee 1 euro, various tapas all good value.

Hi Johnnie, I started posting about Jaen's ages ago, see here  they actually open around 1pm for Menu del Dia then 7pm for Menu del Noche. Gets very busy at times. Wednesday lunchtime after the market it certainly gets busy.

Thanks for putting me straight, i certainly know theres a lot of people waiting for the doors to open at 7:00

An excellent place - I went there last week and absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!
