Re blogs .. for Justin please

Justin, I've noticed many blogs where people haven't actually written anything though, I suspect, they do think others can write on it, otherwise what's the point?

There's one I just saw  here   & there's many others who've done the same.

And I still can't upload a profile photo on my blogs.

Yeah, people set up blogs but then seem to forget to actually post something on it!!

I'll check the photo thing...I forgot about that
