funding for university

I have a daughter who is looking at options for further education. Does anyone know what financial support is available for university tuition fees, books and living expenses? Are any of them state-funded or are there tuition fees as in the UK?
She is now 21 but has been in the Spanish state system from the age of nine and has bachillerato but has been working at bitty jobs for the last couple of years.

She can apply for a Beca, all this information is normally on the university websites
