How can I add my 15 yr old granddaughter to my flight?

I have booked with Ryanair to fly from Alicante to East Mids on 8th July and return 18th July. I would like to bring my 15 yr old granddaughter back with me.....................however.................when I try to book her a flight it says she cannot travel on her own because she is under 16!
Now, do I just book her as an adult and hope? or has anybody experienced this before? Help please.........

Hi,
I've done it many times, book her as an adult then ring the airline to change it to a child. They will then link the two booking ref's together.
