La Gardenia service and travel

  Hi all,

I'm thinking of renting an apartment in Mosa Trajectum for the Summer from this company in Murcia, just wondering does anyone know anything about the company, the ladies name is Tina Duran and her company is La Gardenia Service and Travel, i really want to secure the property with a deposit but this is my first time so i am also a small bit wary after hearing horror stories about people loosing money. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

They appear to have been operating since 2004  but I would ring or email the developement or golf club to check I could not find a website for them which is a bit strange

This is an old question and probably not relevant now. However, for other people who search I wanted to reply. La Gardenia is NOT  a professional operation. They do not vet their landlords and it leads to a wealth of problems...for the tenant! Because Tina is very quick to dismiss any involvement once she has her 'finder's fee'/ I'm stitching you up fee!! Because she makes the agreement between landlord and tenant. A VERY unpleasant experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone!
