Hi Kevin and Wendy
To upload an avatar, just click on the "Forum Profile" link and then click on the "to upload an avatar" link in that profile and follow the instructions from there!
Just make sure that the image you want as your avatar is stored on your computer and you shouldn't have a problem!
If you have any problems just email EOS (Justin!!) and you'll be sorted!
Regards

The maximum size of your avatar is 150 x 150 pixels or 50.0 KB
Here is one way to check.
When you have selected your avatar, load it into Paint. Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint
From the menu along the top of the screen select Image and then select attributes
It will tell you the dimensions in pixels (Cannot be bigger than150 x 150) of your selected avatar and also the size on disk. (Aim for less than 50,000 bytes)
Hope that helps.

The easiest way to check the size of an image is to right-click on it and then select "properties". This will tell you the dimensions and the file size.
