content of the licence format

When checking on a First Occupation License, read carefully the content  of it as I have recently come across one  with a First Ocupation look and title but wity no FOL content at all.

Maria, interesting point. I'm sure there will be more than a few members who would like to know more specifically what they should be looking for. Maybe you could send Justin an example which he can put on the site as a download or something?

Is the licence issued by someone with construction qualifications who has examined and carried out a detailed check of the properties to which it relates? Does it in fact cover all construction codes and are these codes available anywhere in english?

The license of first occupation mainly check that the resut is actually according to the Work License the Local Council approved at the initium.
