Just found this site and are pleased to join you.  Very interesting reading indeed.

We are hoping to move into Open 16-71 SOON!  Our completion date was supposed to be 31^st March 07 but this came and went.  On contacting Atlas we were informed it would be the end of June but on reading your stories things are not looking too good for this date.

Like most people we are living in limbo having sold our house at the end of October 06 and have put our furniture and most of our lives into store, moved into a winter let, organised our dog’s (Sox) passport.  Unfortunately living in a tourist area (Looe, Cornwall) we had to move at the end of March and are currently in a caravan on a holiday park which in Estate Agent speak is small and bijou, emphasis on small.  I suppose the only compensation will be is that when we do eventually move into our Spanish casa it will seem like a mansion!

As for some of the comments about grilles etc we have ordered ours from Abril 28 at a cost of €1885 inc. IVA for 6 windows and 1 door (cost for galvanised €2929 inc.).  According to Aude in the site office at SG these will be fitted before completion i.e. sometime this century.
