Deposits and bust buiders...!!!

Hi Guys,

We paid a deposit on an off plan called MIRAMAR in the Orihuela area in 2007 and the builder has gone bust before even starting it...!!!

We would be most grateful for any info about similar situations and the approach that was used for a successful outcome,

Firstly and most importantly have you got a bank guarentee?

If so send me a private message and I will explain how we got our deposit back last year froma similar postion as you. Im not prepared to discuss on this forum as previously I have received abuse and negative postings about my situation.

 Yes, check first if there is a Bank Guarantee and if not, ask the corresponding agents ( bank, lawyer, estate agent...) for liabilities
