Community Fees

Hi all

I am the president of a large Community in Costa Calida and am trying to establish what level of Community fees are charged in the South of Spain.

I am particularly interested in fees where the urbanisation is more like a village with individual villas, how much do you pay, what services does this cover, what levels of collection do you achieve, who pays for street lights and road repairs, who pays for sewage and water treatment and how.

I think it is time for those who have invested in these places to get our heads together and start to benchmak and get value from our community fees

I am happy to share the same information regarding our urbanisation with anyone.
