Dear all,

My husband and I have just bought a property near Los Alcázares and would need a property manager.

We need somebody to clean, do the garden and check the property for us, as we will not be there. We want somebody we can trust.

Any recommandation please?

Thanks!

Gill

You could try RodaFM they look after properties in Roda Golf and are highly recommended but may be persuaded to take on properties nearby.

We changed keyholders a while back because the one we had was hopeless. We have been using www.the-house-maids.com for the last two years and find them very competitively priced and they provide an excellent service.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them. You can see there services and prices on their website

We also changed to The Housemaids last June and have been very happy with their service and they are slightly cheaper than the person we were using before.

We have used Mar Menor Holiday Lets for the past couple of years, their offices are based right in the main square in Los Alcazares.

They give us a complete management service on our property, for which we find the cost is most reasonable and the service has been first class. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

You can contact them by www.marmenorholidaylets.com or Tel (0034) 968575112

Thank you all for your replies!

In the end, we're using Pro fix and Clean! It's a family business, we had a meeting with John, the owner, and are cofident he will be good for us. I'll let you know soon if we were right ;)

You can see them on http://profixandclean.mfbiz.com

Thanks again to everybody, it's nice to know that we can count on expats to help us manage!

We're using Pro Fix and Clean as well!

We're new in the area (and on this forum, which is great by the way!), and we had been recommended to use the services of Pro Fix and Clean by a friend of a friend when we bought. We're not disappointed! They're really reliable, and not expensive! We know that our neighbours (from the ground floor..we're a first floor) are using them as well, and their garden is spotless!

We wouldn't leave our property with anybody else!
