Grupo Domingo

Has anyone had any experience with Grupo Domingo, they are based in Costa Blanca south and have built around the Guardamar area.  Have been looking on the internet for any adverse comments but so far have found nothing which is good, although I maybe looking in the wrong place.

What is it you are looking for have you ought a property from them

Just checking to see what their reputation is like.  I have  some friends that maybe looking to purchase in the new year.  Domingo properties seem to be a good price and apparently come key ready and fully furnished. Do you know whether they are all legal and have the licence of  first occupation in place already ?   My family and I have had some very negative and expensive problems related to the Spanish property market over the past few years, we do not intend to make the same mistakes again !!!
