Looking for a long term let in the Alicante area although we may consider other areas of Spain. We are looking for a 3 bedroom villa, within walking distance to the beach and local amenities.
I would require a stable internet connection as I work online so would require the internet connection to be up and running prior to us moving in.
If possible I would prefer to pay in sterling, preferably by direct debit to a UK bank although this is not essential.
We would require the property from late May / early June 2011 and would be happy to sign a tenancy agreement for up to 1 year. We aim to move to Spain permanently but have been strongly advised to rent for up to a year first before we move for good.
I would like to view properties during late February and hopefully tie up a tenancy agreement at the same time.
