I'm looking out for a long term furnished rental property either in the lower part of Elviria or between El Rosario and Cabopino. Idealy, a spacious 3 bed property on a quieter development with good facilities within a good brisk walk to the Beach area! With many apartments lacking great soundproofing a penthouse or quieter corner property would be best? Sat TV and access to the internet would be perfect.

Willing to pay up to 1200 euros ish a month.......I may be asking too much at this time of year but I would be willing to wait until the end of August for the right property!
