Writer + family seeks 3-month let from December 2011

Hello everyone. My name is Geoff; I'm a writer and I'm looking for a three-month let from December 2011, with some very specific requirements, so I hope someone will be able to help.

The wishlist is:

- somewhere warm and sunny (for health reasons);

- a place that can take myself and my wife, plus a well-behaved dog and cat;

- good, flat, ground-floor access and no or few steps, suitable for someone with limited mobility;

- 24/7 broadband access;

- a place quiet enough for writing;  

- car parking;

- in a quiet area near a park, woodland, beach or the countryside. We need nature, not nightclubs.

Yes, December 2011. I have several books I need to complete in Britain over the next year, so have to plan ahead for a sojourn in Spain for next winter.

We are thinking about either letting out our property or maybe house swopping for a few months next year, we have a detached country property situated on two acres surrounded by palm and orange trees, plus a tropical landcaped walled garden, large swimming pool, hot tub, and parking for 12 plus vehicles.  Very private, within easy walking distance of very nice village or twenty minutes drive to the coast.  If this could or interest to you pm me for more details.
