Hi there ,
I need to borrow euros 50,000 and have been offered a mortgage at 5-10% fo r first 6 months,then euribor plus 1-25 for 30 years with a monthly payment of 212,50.There is a bank comission of 1-4%.Any one got any advice on this?

Hi Fred a great deal depends on age, loan to value, what you are buying, what income you enjoy and what sort of product you want. To give you a black or white answer is difficult without more info I am afraid. Sorry I should have said we have rates as low as Euribor plus 0.75%.
