Wanted: Long Term Property Rental Benidorm Area

Hi,

I am looking for a long term property rental in the Benidorm area for a couple in their fifties with no pets, ideally we want a property with at least 2 bedrooms and internet access is a must (work related).  The important thing is that it have a long lease with the option of renewing, we want to find somewhere we can settle into and not be constantly moving about

I have a friend in La Nucia, an area we are familiar with, and we can just about find our way around Benidorm so anywhere close to that kind of area would be great. References can be supplied if required, please give details of rent, deposit and cost of utility bills and any photos you can send to my email address would be much appreciated.
