Iberbanda dial out problem

Iberbanda are saying it's our phone at fault, not so. We've had it looked at by a telecom engineer. He says it's not us, it's them. Hi all,

Not TV but telephone problem.

Our Iberbanda will only let us call our own local area code. Iberbanda are saying it's our phone at fault, not so. We've had it looked at by a telecom engineer. He says it's not us, it's them.

We've had Iberbanda for around 3 years, this problem started 2 weeks ago.

Has any one come across this?
