Childrens Eye Tests

Does anybody know whether children born here in Spain are entitled to free eye tests? and if so, how do i go about registering for one?

All children (and adults for that matter) can receive free eye tests, simply walk into any optician and make an appointment, although most are not too busy to do it there and then.

There is no registration required, nor any obligation to buy frames or lenses from them afterwards either.
