Hi
Has anyone heard of the new law that has come out over the banks repossessing property without chasing you in the uk for any outstanding amounts? I thought i heard it on this site but could be wrong, Can anyone help

I think you may have got it the wrong way round!!
The new Law allows banks here ( and others ) to chase up debts not only in the Uk but all of Europe.
