It's free and I placed an apartment there for someone recently and it sold within 1 week.
The site is used a lot by Spanish so emails/phone calls tend to be in Spanish.
It's also not a bad site for looking at prices and prices per sq mt for area etc.
But you do need to be realistic on price but we sold for a couple of thousand more than the local agents suggested listing but they were a bad bunch and just looking for a bargain property to sell on quickly to so called investors and they also wanted 5% plus VAT.
