I was wondering if anyone has converted an underbuild on a Neptuno property and could give me a ball park figure of what it may cost I was thinking of a living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, and 2 bedrooms. Please take care that the property has a certificate of habitation and is not classed as "turistico" . There have also been some subsidence problems on certain sectors.
