Another property tax?

I think I might be able to help you. As I understand it there is another income tax that you have to pay as a non-resident. It’s something to do with the fact that even if you’re not renting out your property you could be and so you have to pay some tax in lieu. I’m not an expert but I found this article ‘Spanish taxes guide’ on the Ábacoconnect website whilst checking on my own situation.
