5 - 1/2 years and thought we had got there

Hi there,            When we thought all was going well we had a new e-mail today from the lawyer in Aldeas and we need a spanish solicitor to advise us whether to carry on or call it a day! If there is anyone out there we can forward the e-mail to (discretion called for ) who can give it the once over and advise us whether to fight for our money back or carry on and hope it all works out. Bearing in mind it has been 5-1/2 years so far, and now it is rush or wait longer.
