STILL AWAITING HABITATION LICENCE

Hi does anybody know the reason for the delay in gaining the habitation licence for Candymar development at Fuengirola village of Los Pacos.

We had the apartment snagged last October and thought we might have had the keys by now.

Any information would be appreciated - not having any luck with Candymar.

Unfortunetly i have no answer on your question but in our project on the Costa Blanca they are also waiting on the CEDULA de Habitabilidad. No one knows what is the reason and after reading this forum i know now that there are many projects who have this problem

You mention searching at the local planning office in Fuengirola. How do you do this? Do you need to go to the planning office or can you visit via a website? What information will you find?
