tax re diff between what was paid and his valuation

Saw post by 'Zena 123' ,can you contact me, i was sent a demand about three years ago and as i don't live in Spain i never saw it, i was alerted by the 'Crespo' that the tax authorities were seeking an embargo on my apartment and that it was due in court shortly, i contacted the solicitor who acted on the sale and in the end it was sorted out although it cost me 3000 euros, my inquiry to Zena is where are you in your ' fight' to reclaim the tax and how do you go about it, you can email me on - arturo1140@fsmail.net.

Thanks Surveyor and as the article states, it is possible to appeal and my purchase was 'distressed' but i don't think i will go through all the hassle, i could be dead by the time it gets through the Spanish sytem.
