Eye on Spain has always predominantly focused on providing services to buyers of off-plan property in Spain and not so much to existing OWNERS.

But we're changing all that. The thing is that the needs of owners are different to those of buyers. We want to offer members of Eye on Spain the opportunity to use our services after they complete and they've finally taken delivery of their long-awaited dream.

OK, so over the past couple of months we've been quietly working away on a new product focused exclusively on owners and communities. But I can't tell you too much about it at this stage....

I can't really divulge exactly what we're up to as we won't be launching this for a couple of months yet and we don't want to give all our secrets away so soon. But I can tell you that:

You go online and use Eye on Spain to follow progress of construction and chat to other buyers

Ah, there is a missing link here! Just because you've completed on your property it doesn't mean you need to stop the communication. In fact, as an owner abroad you really need to keep in touch with what's going on with your community as it really does affect you.

But running a community properly is not easy and communication is often lacking. I am the president of the community that I reside in and in the first year when I wasn't president we had a huge problem with the lack of communication. I am putting in place plans to improve this.

So, if you think you don't really need your own community website then that's fine. But the best managed urbanisations that we've seen all use some form of online communication to run it effectively.

Well you can't...just yet...we haven't finished it! But that's the reason for this today.

We want to have YOUR input into the development of this website product so that it's exactly what YOUR community would want.

We've already built the major parts of this (can't tell you what those are yet) and we've got nearly 20 features already created. But maybe we've missed something? Maybe some of these features don't work so well? Maybe you have your own ideas?

We can't give any more details away on this page as it's all very secret at the moment but you can...
