Yet Another Endesa Thread....!

HI ALL.
JUST RETURNED BACK FROM 2 WEEKS HOLS AT MIRADOR(THURS).  THE PLACE IS NOW ALL COMPLETED APART FROM 1 WORKER DOING ODD JOBS ABOUT THE PLACE. WEATHER WAS GETTING HOT HOT HOT WHEN WE LEFT YESTERDAY 32DEG. WAS VERY WET  WHEN WE ARRIVED ON 8TH(VERY WET) ENJOYED OUR FIRST PROPER HOLIDAY WITH EVERYTHING COMPLETED(HOORAY).   

ONLY 8 OF US THERE .NIG AND JO   MICK AND PAT LIVING FULL TIME,VERY NICE PEOPLE. HAD A GOOD EXPLORE OF THE AREA, GREAT PLACES TO SEE ETC.  WE ARE ALL ON BUILDERS WATER /ELECTRIC UNTIL L.F.O.ETC IS GRANTED AND THERE ARE NO RUBBISH BINS ETC UNTIL SUCH TIMES LFO IS IN PLACE (BINS ARE AVAILABLE ALONG BOTTOM ROAD THOUGH FOR ALL OUR TRASH ETC.

FED UP ALREADY AND I AM ONLY BACK FEW HOURS,PLANNING ANOTHER TRIP BEFORE I GO BACK OUT IN SEPT.
DONT THINK IT WILL BE TOO LONG BEFORE A MORE PERMENANT MOVE IS IN PLACE.

We're glad you enjoyed the 1st of many breaks.

We're out soon to complete and we can't wait.

We are intrigued that the LFO is not in place. Do you know what is holding up things on that front? We were led to believe that everything as regards the local town hall is done and dusted.

Can you enlighten us as to the ongoing process?

Welcome back. glad to hear all the news. And that you have had a wonderful time.

As you know we were in spain the same week.. but left as you arrived.  Which is a real shame.There were a couple of severe storms that week...starting on the Wed night..all through Thursday..and then again Friday night.  We were glad to see that despite all the roads  really flooding ..Mirador  and Cox held its' own..and all the drainage was working properly from what we could see.

Well, after so many setbacks..and having to return next week to try to complete once more. I have finally been given my NIE Number.  Which is fantastic. ..after 3 attempts.So everything should be in order for next week. I am Surprised about the LOH order..as our mortgage company was holding back waiting for all the licenses to be registered...but gave the OK last week.  

No worry to us...especially if it delays the water & electric bills starting..LOL.  We are looking forward to making it our home ASAP..just need to sell up here...and sort our daughters. I am pleased to hear you may do the same. It is just such a pretty place..and so peaceful. 

I Hope all of your family are well.  We Look forward to meeting up soon. Hopefully, this time next week, No 50 will be ours!!  I can't believe it.

Sorry...see it is the LFO ...not the LOH that is missing.  Still not a worry to us..Just glad if we get there in the end.  Cheers , Carol

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECIEVE ANY RUBBISH COLLECTIONS/ NO BINS,WATER OR ELECTRICITY UNTIL THE LICENSES ARE IN PLACE AND MIRADOR IS REGISTERED WITH LOCAL TOWN HALL(COX).  THIS CAN TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS TO BE OBTAINED THAT IS WHY WE ARE ON BUILDERS WATER / ELECTRIC.THERE IS NO POST EITHER ,THERE ARE POST PIDGEON BOXES  FOR ALL THE PROPERTIES OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE AT JABONEROS WITH 2 KEYS EACH FOR THESE.NO TAXES/BILLS ARE DUE UNTIL WE ARE A PROPER COMMUNITY IE WATER/ELEC SUMA ETC.

MAHERSOL ARE MAINTAINING THE POOL/GARDEN AREAS UNTIL WE ARE SET UP.
SOME OF US WILL HAVE A FEW FREE HOLS WITHOUT PAYING FOR WATER/ELEC.
