Long Term Rental wanted - Costa Blanca

Hello everyone,

With the current unfavourable exchange rates between the Pound and Euro, does anyone have any information on companies with a good rate of exchange. We had intended taking out a mortgage in the UK, but due to the strength of the Euro we are now seeking advice about taking it out with a Spanish Bank. Any avice would be a great help to us both.

Have you considered the Halifax or Barclays as they both have branches in Los Alcazarea and you may be able to get the ball rolling in the UK?

Hi Gary. We have our mortgage with the bbva which we set up from uk the bbva is in san javier  and are very helpfull there phone number is 0034 968570911

it is maica who deals with the mortgages. Hope this is of help to you.
