Release the CASH in your Pension

Hi, we went over to the above at the weekend under our own steam, after speaking with the site agent we were told that the town in the middle of the Jardines isn't getting built has anybody else heard this, I'm trying to get answers out of the completions team.

The standard of finish was very good, if its rolled out across all of the units to the same standard should be a great place to be........

We are completing around the 18th of June, is anybody arranging transport after this date but before August would be interested, we are in Liverpool.

Does anybody know what the service charge is going to be can't get this confirmed also !!

We heard the same before we went out a few weeks ago, after questioning the sales agents on site & HQ they both said that it was still going to be there but would take a few years to be built. In the meantime when there will be temporary supermarket, pub & restaraunt where phase 2 Naranjos will be built. Hope its still going to be built,

As for community charges there are quite a few people being told it should be around 70€ a month although I wouldn't take this as gospel.
