Social Security - Embargo of assets

I am searching for a man i think is called Robert Nicholson? He lives on the Mar Menor Polaris resort. He is a handy man/ Hairdresser. I met him In January. We have bought a property on the Hacienda requelme and he gave us his card (which i have lost) to fit our light and curtains etc. We are due out  April 26th and i would like him to contact us or anyone who knows him.
