I had to start another thread as the previous one appears clogged up.
I went over to Spain last week and Euromarina told me that my place (Block 8) was ready. I didn't take anything with me (paperwork etc) so couldn't complete. I have arranged to go over on May 1st (which is, I think, a bank holiday) and will be staying for 2 weeks to complete everything.
It looked fine except for one or two little points. The girl at Euromarina said she would be snagging in the next week or so to ensure it was all up to standard and would then get the cleaners in. Apart from a bit of painting on the patio, an electric cable (minor one for the doorbell) hanging loose and couple of little details with the tiling, it all looked fine. We did e-mail Masa to request some minor changes in the kitchen (space for fridge widening and smaller gap for slimline dishwasher) but this doesn't appear to have happened.
Masa have told me not to comlete until they have inspected the property but they said it would probably be all OK in a week or so. Looking forward to this now.
