Our apartment was going to be phase 4 block 2 but as so late we asked for our contract to be cancelled. We have just had news from our bank in Spain that our deposit + interest has been refunded this morning. We originally started asking for our money back over a year ago. Initially they offered just the money or wait an indefinite time before claiming money + interest. They missed the deadline they had given us and feared we would have to goto court.
