I have just read that we must have a licence or could face a heavy fine. At no time did our agents every inform us this would be the case? They actually said by renting it out we could recoup the mortgage repayments. Please help, we have just put our property with an agent and they never mentioned this either. 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know
