Not sure if the 'villa' has a name, but when we saw it the other week, when we were in SG, I thought that it was a Public Convenience!!

Me speculates that the new model will replace the (old) Millenium and Ryder models (which didn't have a rooftop solarium). This new model does... Dunno what it's name is tho...

In any case, more variation in the streets will make the site more lively, friendly and more attractive. More pleasing to the eye...not just row after weary row of the same old tired houses. A variety of villa models will automatically attract totally different groups of prospective new buyers adding to the diversity of our little 'community'...  (There's something for 'everyone'!)

Crikey, Pat & Trish,

Is that 88,000 euro's or around £67,000 for a convenience with a rooftop solarium?? Heck, that's a lot of beer vouchers, even if it does improve on the current row after row of tired houses!!  Having said that, I'm glad I bought the site hut off GM.  Its a little bigger, has a car park of sorts, and can be moved (when the going gets tough, I get going).

hi peeps about our new convenience mrs mug thinks that it wont be detached at all this one maybe but whats betting new ones become terraced like the greens or quads like so many things masa things aint always what it seems

Correct!  The  1bed and 2 bed are Terrace. The 5 bed is detached.

hey pat just noticed your place of residence say hello to clegg for me were only down the road in rotherham mrs mug works in sheffield well she says its work but it pays morg shes started to obgect to mrs mug title so what should i call her answers on a post card please

check out Atlas international site as the original ryder and millenium is now advertised at over 100 thou Euros i was shocked as it must have somehting more than the original one.
