Hi all

we have purchased a quad No 49 Mazana 5, and did so because, on the plans, it had a bigger garden area. However we have just received some pictures via our agent and it is not clear if the ground area is bigger. the pictures where taken from the road looking down.

If anyone is visiting, or passing by - could you look for us??

We are hoping to come out in April and move out in July and we are so looking forward to meeting everyone and enjpying life at a slower pace.

We appreciate any info.....

hi june, having studied the photo posted on here and blowing it up(photo dated 27 jan 74058.pic 1)there looks like a wall coming from the quads running the other way from yours about half way across to your quads, then a gap which i presume will be your neighbours drive way entrance.so ,yes it looks like it,but you need someone over there to confirm it.

regards,,,Steve and Anita.....no 23 manzana 5

Hi June

I bought plot 76 because taray said the garden was bigger than other end quads i read the plans they showed me saying plot 76 was about 10 meters sqaure bigger.

when i was over a few months ago i found out my garden was just the same as the others so i went into the sales office and complained and asked to see plans again.

Guess what? they had no plans and dident know what i was talking about suprise suprise since then ive read in a magazine about people complaining about plot sizes

and apparently you can expect to lose 10% of plot size????

Any info or pictures on how the apartments (with their olympic size swimming pool) are progressing would be welcome. And also what everyone really wants to know is if there is any action on the community pools, tennis courts driving range and sports centre etc.

Just got back at the weekend.

The appartment block is complete and has its own show appartment and the pool is also complete.  I'll attach some pictures now if I can remember how.

P.S. No sign of the comunal pool or sports facilities yet.

Hi Seamas & Tony

The photo I took on the 27th January of the apartment pool was just an empty concrete shell so they really cracked on over the next week as it looks like it is all tiled now. As Tony said the show apartment is now open.

When are you due to complete, because it looks like you'll have a swimming pool in time for this Summer ?? !!!!!

Tony & Sue

Thanks for photos and update. Good to see some progress. Im due to complete inOct but there was a hint it could be earlier and your latest info supports that.

Im not in a rush and would prefer the sports centre to be compete before I move in also. Nothing worse than all that building dust floating in my pool!
