We have just returned from a 10 day break at Roda (phase 2) which gave us a chance to test everything out in the appartment and see the resort properly. I would like to say thankyou to Weller for the recomendation for management, we felt completely at ease with Paul and Michelle. Also the air conditioning that Gary installed is superb. This man is very reliable, he installed with little fuss, on time, and cleaned up. If any of you want his number send me a PM. The trip also gave us a chance to test the furniture that Furniture Express installed. I can say that it will last far longer than some of the inferior crap we saw before we used them. Having two children of three and seven, I can again say that their furniture is pretty much Kiddy proof.(The leather upgrade a must) I also have pictures of the pack they installed. Paul from the management company said it was the best he had seen at a very reasonable price. I also looked around the estate agents shops at pics of other packs in appartments that are up for rental, no contest in most cases. The rule of thumb on this is that if you are going to rent your appartment, would YOU be happy if you were renting it after the pack had gone in. Finally I met Roy again from Inspectahome. This man finds snagging that you wouldnt believe, and I would strongly recommend anyone completing soon to use him. Do not rely on the various agents promissing to do this under their aftersales package, most have little on no knowledge. I hope the above helps all of you.
