I am interested in buying a Granada Apt in the Trampolin Hills development and i'm sitting here with deposit in hand!! However after reading a lot of the messages here I'm kinda getting a bit nervous!!
Has anyone anything good to say about the whole thing? Is it really risky? The price I've been quoted is 112,000 euro and looking on the net at other companys selling the apartments they are quoting 160 to 180,000....... how is this the case?
It just seems a bit too good to be true!
Is there anything else I should be wary about?
