We put a deposit down on a plot on Guadiana Vistas in May 2006 - The developers finally got a building license in May 2007 and we have been waiting ever since for them to get Bank guarantees before signing the full contract. As we have been continually chasing this guarantee through our solicitor for about 5 months we are beginning to wonder if there is a financial problem with Teos? Has anybody else who has purchased on Guadiana Vistas seen sight of a Bank guarantee yet?
