I read about about quite a few of you visiting Roda Golf and Beach but still no one has uploaded any photo's lately.  Make my day please.

ps. Don't think much of his swing!

If you don't think much of his swing wait till you see mine!The only negatives mentioned were:-

"Clubhouse was obviously temporary, there was seasonal work being done on the greens, and without a planner the course was not that easy to follow (green to tee)". I would not take any of these comments too negatively, as we must bear in mind that at this stage you are playing golf on a building site. I have not spoken to all of them yet so as I get more comments I will add to the forum.

could anyone take a few photos down at the corner near the 14th teebox area.i just want to get a rough idea on that corner.

We are in Block 3 or at least I think its block 3,  on the snag day they tried to get us to inspect the wrong apartment,  geat fun for a few minutes....  Overall impression of the apartment area is very good, its well finished and the ambience feels  right, the appearance  of  the walk ways and buldings is impressive. I   now understand why the Roda apartments are quite a premium over polaris world ,   We liked the look of  and feel of the  place.   (  phase 1 )

We have a resonable list of snag issues, mostly trivial and relating to paint, finish, grouting , cleaning etc,   the only substantive issue is the stairs to the roof terrace / solarium.        I'm mortified to realise we forgot to ask about the lift,  we did not see a lift ,  we had no power in the building  so no lighting in the garage or stair wells.  I've written to them asking the question, I'm sure Roda  were clear in the early literature about lifts from the garage to the living floors ??    

The pickies give a good overall impression of the place,  I messed up the dates on the pickies and they are mostly on as 1/1/2006,  what do you think ?

You can relax in the knowledge there are lifts.

We used them in Oct when the lighting was working and i can also tell you the storage unit in the garage is of a decent size.
