We are moving in on the 4th September-does anybody know if the lifts are working yet as we have bought a penthouse and it's a long way up!

My understanding is that the lifts require 3 phase electricity and this will not be available until all habitation licenses have been granted.They were certainly not working in block 1 a cpuple of weeks ago.
