text of letter to register claim re Jumilla

Hi i need to ask any one who has an apt in D do you have the large round shaped balcony .my solisitor has to day told us that my apt is D in blook 8 ground floor and that my garage space in 15.when we bought this apt i was told block 8 but i thought it was apt c with the round balcony 25 meters my estate agent sent me a e/mail of the plan of the apt which had C on .justin at oaklands has told me so many lies i can not belive him anymore.We sent are final money to the lawyers last week and do not no where i am up to now.thanks to any one who could help me irene/peter

HI we got a plan of oaklands 30 mins ago of the block 8 and on the plan the ground floor there is a 1 bed f /e is 1 bed /d is a 2 bed /c is a 2 bed /b is 1 bed and /a is a one bed does this make sence to you as you no the site my son is hopeing to view on tuesday they say perla is back of holls on monday thank for all your help irene

so do you think i can belive what we recived to day?.I think the problem we have been having is becouse we bought of some one who bought of f plan and needed to sell and yes we belived the plan c of justin was ours on the ground floor.also when you look at the front of the blook i thought it was on the first floor .do you when you go to your apt go down stairs to the lower ground floor  thank for all pictures you have put on the forum irene.

Hi Irene,

I am so confused reading your emails, I'm now not sure what I have bought. Only joking. To make things clear for you, Semi Sotano is the ground floor(garden ) level. If you were looking at your block from the outside facing the balconies start from the semi sotano ground floor level from left to right, the first apartment is "A" then the first half of the terrace with the bay is "B", the second half "C" and the final apartment on the right is "D"

On your original reservation contract with your estate agent, it should clearly say which apartment you have bought.

Hi westport check out photo 2 sent by otterandy this clears it all up for me apt d is mine the lawer said today,but when i first bought it of justin he gave me a c apt plan thank irene

We are from Switzerland and we bougth in September 2005  Don Juan 1 bloque  8 apartment C (nivel 1 planta baja). If anybody else has in contract the same apartment there will be a problem. We hope it won't be so.
