Hello All,

We bought in the Frescia block which as far as I know, still doesn't have planning permission. Can anyone shed any light on whether we should sit and wait or if we'll never get planning permission and start trying to get our deposits back now

thought appreciated

Bob

 Hi Bob

Fresia is one of the blocks that had the license refused, the builders have now built an internal road where this block was going to be.

Please contact your lawyer now for a full refund or to be moved to an alternative property that is under construction.

Hi Bob

If you are looking for an alternative property i have a three bed penthouse, front line golf

on the seventh hole for sale at 2004 purchace price, you may be able to negotiate with Aifos

for a move.

Regards

Aken

Considering we bought in July 2003 and are still awaiting completion of our apartment in Jasmine I suggest you contact Aifos and see what they have to say - wouldn't jump at others who want to sell their apartments you should be given your money back plus interest!!!

I concur, my solicitor informs me that none of the blocks that have failed planning permission will ever get the grant, as the site is at the maximum density allowed as it is.

I was concerned there would be a building site in front of my block for a few years if Petunia ever got granted permission.
