Hi we are soon (?) to complete on a ground floor, corner apartment ,Bloque1,portal1. Any one on here going to be our neighbours? We would love to hear from you with any advice etc. We were over for an inspection visit 5 weeks ago and were quite happy with what we saw. As it has a large garden we are wanting to get rid of most of the shale as it isn't child friendly. We were quoted a huge amount for paving and advised against grass....so we're not sure what to do at the moment. Any ideas please?
