After visiting site, I was concerned that the area of land in front of Margarita which was due to contain the above blocks, may be left unfinished for years, whilst Aifos pursued planning permission. Then of course there could be a small construction site in the midst of the development for a couple of years, if they attained permission.
However, according to my solicitor, Casares Town Hall haven't issued the licenses as the legally permitted density of building in square metres has been met by the other blocks.
It is likely, therefore, that permission will never be granted and my hope is that the area will be landscaped along with the release of the rest of the development. If you look at a site plan, the ommission of the 3 blocks leaves a considerable area of free space.
The good news is that technically, Margarita will become "frontline golf" albeit a couple of hundred metres back from the fairway!!
