Not what but where?

HI Everybody,

I'm new to this site but have been PP's client . Just like to know from anyone whether they received a typed non headed letter direct from thebuilder in english, stating that the apartment was ready for completion by the 21st of june.Also has anybody been just recently to the development. Hoping to hear from someone.

P.S. Anybody who bought a property in El Zoco living in west /east sussex

I put a deposit down 3 years ago and there are issues over supplies (water, elec etc.) and no work on site for quite some time.

Congratulations, you are extremely unique in that you have a completion date. What group of apts. are you in? Make sure your water and elec. are connected via certified meters. Have you been promised a habitation licence? If so make sure it is via the Ayuntamiento at Mecina. Finally, sign the deeds before a Notario of your choosing. If all goes as you have been promised there will be an avalanche of frustrated clients following in your wake.....Good luck.

Yes, your not the only one to receive a piece of toilet paper,stating that if you don't sign up on 21st june ,bye,bye deposit.

To clarify what Mike has said ,this an A4 sheet dated17th May,not signed by anyone,it does have the sender as PTX and their correct address.

Thanks very much for all the replies. Smeg, have sent you a private message. I would like if possible to contact anybody who is about to complete. The apartment I had purchased was Level -1 no 66.Contacted the builders lawyers this morning and asked about habitation licences, which apartment I was supposed to be purchasing(as there was none stated on letter),water and electric. I was told lawyer would get back to me with the relevant answers  by the 12th . Have to wait and see
