I have just bought phase one in Hercesa Dona Julia.

Does any one know when it will complete?

I have purchased in Block 1, phase 2 at Hercesa Dona Julia.  I would be interested to hear from anyone who has also bought in this development to share knowledge and views.  Are you completing on your property, are you considering walking away etc etc.  Look forward to hearing from you.

We had purchased in phase 2 at Hercesa Dona Julia.  We have just transferred our deposit and bought an apartment in phase 1.  We are very pleased with this.  We were there last week and phase 2 looks just about complete.  They said they would be ready by the end of the month.  We are very happy with our purchase and with Hercesa.

Other buiders in Dona Julia do not look so good though Eva Marina now seems to have people working there again but the Sanchez blocks look deserted.

We are nearing completion of purchase in phase 2. Has anybody attempted to renegotiate the purchase price in view of the current market. We would be interested to hear anybodys comments please.

We Tried to negotiate back in January but Hercesa said no, but as I said below we managed to transfer our deposit onto a cheaper unit in phase 1.  We have just returned from our first holiday there and are very happy with this.

Phase 2 is now finished and I beleive completions are begginning next week.

If you need a mortgage and the company values the property at less than Hercesa are asking you may have some leverage on the price.  If you do not need a mortgage I would still ask for an independent valuation as the values have definately fallen.

It does not look like any of the local facilities promised will be completed within the near future.  There are only street lights in the Hercesa complexes all others are not working.  The Sanchez and Ava Marina apartments are not being worked on. The Hercesa Areas are great but all other areas are 'messy'
